- If a person propagates bad things thinking that it may disturb the peace of common people or cause any harm, then so in this case that person can be punished with 3 years imprisonment, a fine, or both. It is a non-cognizable and non-bailable crime.
- If an individual spreads wrong and hateful speech between two different religions. In this case, the person will serve 5 years in imprisonment, a fine, or both. It is a cognizable and non-bailable crime.

Any individual who broadcasts publishes any hateful speech or statement:
- To cause bad situations for any officers such as soldiers, sailors, or airmen in the Army, Navy, and Air Force; or
